Shipping policy
At Snap, we want to ensure that you receive your custom nightguard in a timely and safe manner. We offer free shipping on all our products across the United States.
Order Processing: Once we receive your order, we'll process it and ship out your impression kit within 1-2 business days. We will then send you an email with a tracking number so that you can monitor the delivery status of your kit.
Impression Kit Shipping: Your impression kit will be shipped to you via USPS First Class Mail. The kit will typically arrive within 3-5 business days after it has been shipped.
Nightguard Shipping: After we receive your completed impression, we will manufacture your custom nightguard and ship it back to you within 3-5 business days. We'll also send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so that you can track your nightguard as it makes its way to you.
International Shipping: We currently only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities to other countries soon.
Delivery Delays: Snap is not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather or postal service delays. If you experience a significant delay in receiving your impression kit or nightguard, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
