Refund Policy:
We at Snap are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all of our products.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to let us know that you would like to return it. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your product. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and with all of its original packaging. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the product is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that custom nightguards are non-refundable once the manufacturing process has begun, which typically occurs within 24 hours of receiving your impressions.
We do not refund shipping and handling fees, unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. In that case, we will provide a full refund, including shipping and handling fees.
